All communications from your coach or team can be found immediately when logging into your athlete one account.
Step 1: On your dashboard page, you will see a quick link to all messages.
Step 2: By clicking 'view', you will then be prompt to select the type of message you want to view (chat/ message or email).
Step 3: Depending on your choice, you will then be able to see, create, and respond to all communications.
