To remove your player from an incomplete program, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into your athlete one parent account - Click Here
Step 2: Select 'Programs/Registration' from the left hand navigation > then select your child from the fly-out window.
Step 3: Here you will see a list of all the programs your child is currently apart of.
Status Meanings
- Paid in Full: Programs your child is fully registered for and completed.
- Incomplete: Programs that your child is registered to but needs to be completed.
- Free: Programs that are free of charge (i.e tryouts)
Step 4: To remove the program, select the 'trash icon' next to the program you want to remove.
Step 5: You will then be prompted to type 'AGREE' in the fly-out window to confirm the removal.
