Note: Before a parent can grant communication permission, the player must first submit the request from their own AthleteOne player account using the mobile app.
Once the player submits the request, the parent will automatically receive an email at the address attached to their parent account. This email will contain the communication permission code that the parent will enter in their account to complete the process.

You'll then receive an email that looks like the example above.
